Usually 60–75 working days after receiving the deposit and confirming all technical details. The exact delivery time depends on the machine model and customization requirements.
Do you provide installation?
Yes. We provide installation guidance by video call, operation manuals, and technical documents. On-site engineer service can also be arranged if required.
Can machine be customized?
Yes. We can customize machine size, configuration, speed, functions, and layout according to your production requirements.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T and L/C at sight. For spare parts and small orders, Western Union is also available.
What is the warranty?
We provide a 12-month warranty for the whole machine, excluding wearing parts. Lifetime technical support is available.
