Machine Structure
The machine consists of intelligent feeding, precise alignment, glue coating and laminating units to ensure stable and accurate high-speed production.
01. Top Sheet Feeding Unit
- The Japanese-design feeder head provides strong vacuum suction for smooth and stable paper feeding.
- The feeding speed and paper stack height can be automatically controlled to ensure continuous operation.
02. Bottom Sheet Feeding Unit
- The double-layer vacuum suction feeding system provides strong holding force and accurate sheet transportation.
- It supports various materials including paperboard and A, B, C, E, F and N flute corrugated board.
03. Glue Coating System
- High precision glue roller and stainless steel anilox roller provide uniform glue coating.
- The automatic glue level control system reduces glue overflow and material waste.
04. Servo Alignment Unit
- Multiple photoelectric sensors detect sheet position and servo motors automatically compensate deviation.
- The system ensures accurate top and bottom sheet alignment during high-speed production.
