The NCH-2800 combines servo front edge feeding, automatic thin blade positioning, sun-wheel board pressing, rubber roller conveying, pre-scoring and precision scoring in one computerized production system.
01. Servo Front Edge Feeding Unit
- The four-row front edge feeding system is independently driven by servo motors for accurate and stable corrugated board feeding.
- The side guides are automatically adjusted by servo motors, while the front stop uses synchronized manual lifting adjustment.
- The front feeding support frame can be electrically adjusted for both travelling and lifting.
02. Automatic Thin Blade Slitting Unit
- The slitting knives are automatically positioned through a combination of servo motors and rack transmission.
- The lower knife holders move along linear guide rails for smooth and accurate positioning.
- Ø200 mm tungsten carbide alloy blades produce smooth cutting edges with fewer burrs and less board crushing.
- Automatic and manual blade grinding functions help keep the cutting edges sharp during production.
03. Sun-Wheel Board Pressing Unit
- The sun-wheel pressing system holds the corrugated board steadily during the slitting process.
- It improves board conveying stability and is particularly suitable for processing shorter corrugated sheets.
- Rubber rollers pull the board through the machine, while the roller gap supports automatic adjustment and electric fine-tuning.
04. Pre-Scoring and Precision Scoring Unit
- The scoring section combines pre-scoring and precision scoring to create clear and accurate folding lines.
- The pre-scoring structure uses an upper pre-scoring wheel and a lower rubber roller.
- The precision scoring structure uses an upper convex wheel together with lower convex, concave and flat wheels.
- Paired scoring wheels allow smaller scoring distances and help reduce cracking when the corrugated board is folded.
