Machine Structure
The BONXI-1120 consists of an automatic feeding and board-support system, heating and laminating unit, servo and PLC control system, independent film-separation unit and film-roll lifting device.
01. Automatic Feeding and Board Support Unit
Automatic board feeding provides continuous and efficient production.
The adjustable board-support structure uses high-precision slide modules and a worm gearbox for smooth adjustment and accurate feeding.
02. Heating and Laminating Unit
The large-diameter laminating roller provides uniform and stable heating.
A 400 mm heating roller and 235 mm rubber roller support consistent laminating performance.
03. Servo and PLC Control System
The main drive uses variable-frequency speed control, while the PLC enables stable and flexible speed adjustment.
Servo control adjusts the feeding speed according to the overlap length.
The pressure roller can be raised or lowered through servo control, with dimensions entered directly on the touchscreen.
Job-memory and one-touch changeover functions shorten setup time.
04. Film Separation and Roll Lifting System
The independent differential-wheel system separates the film with a short remaining tail and helps avoid damage to corrugated board.
The cantilever lifting device enables push-button film-roll loading, saving time and labor.
