Full Vacuum Transfer
Four vacuum boxes support the board through the printing line, with variable-frequency airflow and segmented suction-width control.
An integrated corrugated carton production line combining four-color flexographic printing, full-line vacuum transfer, precision creasing and slotting, and rotary die cutting at speeds up to 230 sheets per minute.

The BONXI 1224 full vacuum machine is engineered for high-output corrugated carton plants that need consistent board transport, accurate multi-color registration and fast job changeovers. Mechanical lead-edge feeding with encoder control delivers the sheet into four vacuum-transfer printing sections, reducing slip and compression on warped or lightweight board.
PLC control, automatic zero return and digital size adjustment shorten setup time. The selected line configuration combines a six-shaft large pre-creasing slotter with a four-shaft rotary die cutter for reliable inline production of regular slotted cartons and die-cut packaging.
Every core section is coordinated through the central control system for faster setup, stable transfer and repeatable production.
Four vacuum boxes support the board through the printing line, with variable-frequency airflow and segmented suction-width control.
Precision-ground cylinders, synchronized drive components and controlled printing pressure support multi-color registration within ±0.5 mm.
One-touch setup, PLC control, automatic zero return and digital size entry reduce trial sheets and operator adjustment time.
A six-shaft slotting section with pre-creasing, synchronized electric adjustment and anti-collision protection handles demanding carton layouts.
Electric phase, axial and gap adjustment improve setup speed, while automatic zero return helps reduce board waste during changeovers.
60 mm wallboards, ground 20CrMnTi transmission gears, keyless locking assemblies and hardened chrome surfaces support long service life.
Final electrical standard, installed power and optional modules are confirmed according to the customer’s board range and production plan.

High-flow vacuum feeding and encoder control maintain accurate sheet entry across high and low production speeds.

Segmented airflow and synchronized vacuum-box height adjustment keep board transfer smooth through the printing line.

Precision-ground cylinders, controlled printing pressure and stable ink delivery support clear graphics and repeatable color registration.

Centralized pneumatic components and digital gap control simplify repeat jobs and improve consistency between operators.

Large pre-creasing, hardened slotting knives and synchronized transverse adjustment support clean creases and accurate carton dimensions.

Polished, dynamically balanced rollers and synchronized transfer surfaces stabilize the sheet before slotting and rotary die cutting.
Brands and equivalent specifications are finalized with the technical configuration and local electrical standard.
Confirmed after technical approval and deposit.
Subject to site readiness and line configuration.
Operation, maintenance and daily troubleshooting.
Final scope is defined in the sales contract.
Vacuum support carries the corrugated sheet through each printing section. The suction pressure and working width can be adjusted to the board size and curvature, improving transfer stability and color registration.
The machine is designed for common A, B, C, E and F flute three-layer board and combined five-layer corrugated board within the 2–12 mm thickness range.
230 sheets/min is the maximum mechanical speed. The recommended economic speed is 150–180 sheets/min. Actual output depends on board quality, sheet size, print coverage, tooling and operator setup.
