Product Introduction
The BONXI 1228 HD 6+1 production line integrates ABB servo no-crush feeding, six-color flexo printing, infrared drying, varnishing, computerized no-die slotting and rotary die cutting in one continuous process.
Designed for 3-ply and 5-ply corrugated board, the machine uses eleven vacuum-transfer sections and centralized Siemens PLC and touchscreen control to support stable high-speed production and faster order changes.

Main Machine Units
Dust Removal and Servo Feeding
Static elimination, multi-row brushes and air extraction remove paper dust before ABB servo no-crush feeding. Continuous and skip feeding modes are available.
Six-Color HD Flexo Printing
Six printing stations use chamber doctor blades, ceramic anilox rollers, independent ink circulation and digitally controlled printing pressure.
Infrared Drying
Infrared heating temperature is set through the touchscreen. Heating output can follow the main machine speed, with over-temperature and board-jam alarms.
Varnishing and Final Drying
The varnishing unit applies a surface coating, followed by additional drying sections for continuous in-line production.
No-Die Slotting and Rotary Die Cutting
Servo-controlled knife positioning integrates heavy pre-creasing, creasing, slotting and rotary die cutting. Box dimensions can be entered through the touchscreen for rapid setup.
Waste Stripping and Automatic Stacking
Vibration stripping, high-pressure air cleaning and automatic sheet receiving complete the downstream process. Maximum stacking height is 1600 mm.
