03.Automatic Creasing & Slotting Unit
- The six-shaft converting section combines pre-creasing, creasing and slotting functions. Wide pre-creasing wheels help reduce board cracking and improve folding quality.
- After the carton dimensions are entered on the touchscreen, the slotting knives and creasing wheels move automatically into position.
04. Rotary Die-Cutting Unit
- The rotary die-cutting unit provides accurate carton cutting with servo-controlled phase adjustment and automatic zero positioning.
