01. Servo Lead-Edge Feeding Unit

  • The four-axis servo lead-edge feeding unit uses dual vacuum chambers to provide stable and accurate corrugated board feeding.
  • Its no-crush feeding design helps preserve flute strength and supports thin, slightly curved and different-quality corrugated sheets.

02.Four-Color Flexo Printing Units

  • Four flexographic printing units provide stable ink transfer and accurate color registration. Electrically controlled axial adjustment, automatic zero positioning and preset plate-mounting positions support faster setup.
  • The pneumatic ink circulation system maintains a continuous ink supply and simplifies cleaning and maintenance.

03.Automatic Creasing & Slotting Unit

  • The six-shaft converting section combines pre-creasing, creasing and slotting functions. Wide pre-creasing wheels help reduce board cracking and improve folding quality.
  • After the carton dimensions are entered on the touchscreen, the slotting knives and creasing wheels move automatically into position.

04. Rotary Die-Cutting Unit

  • The rotary die-cutting unit provides accurate carton cutting with servo-controlled phase adjustment and automatic zero positioning.
  • Pneumatic cylinder separation, lateral anvil-cover movement and electric grinding help reduce wear and extend anvil-cover service life.

05. Centralized Control System
