Stable board control from feeding to die cutting

The BONXI 1224 full vacuum machine is engineered for high-output corrugated carton plants that need consistent board transport, accurate multi-color registration and fast job changeovers. Mechanical lead-edge feeding with encoder control delivers the sheet into four vacuum-transfer printing sections, reducing slip and compression on warped or lightweight board.

PLC control, automatic zero return and digital size adjustment shorten setup time. The selected line configuration combines a six-shaft large pre-creasing slotter with a four-shaft rotary die cutter for reliable inline production of regular slotted cartons and die-cut packaging.

What does full vacuum adsorption mean on this machine?

Vacuum support carries the corrugated sheet through each printing section. The suction pressure and working width can be adjusted to the board size and curvature, improving transfer stability and color registration.

Which corrugated board types can the 1224 machine process?

The machine is designed for common A, B, C, E and F flute three-layer board and combined five-layer corrugated board within the 2–12 mm thickness range.

Is 230 sheets per minute the normal production speed?

230 sheets/min is the maximum mechanical speed. The recommended economic speed is 150–180 sheets/min. Actual output depends on board quality, sheet size, print coverage, tooling and operator setup.

Can the machine configuration be customized?
